A 17th-century canal townhouse reimagined as a private residence — all five floors, entirely yours.

Set on one of Amsterdam's most beautiful canals, The Townhouse spans five floors of curated interiors, original timber beams, and floor-to-ceiling canal windows. Every room has been designed to feel like home — warm, considered, entirely private.

Walk out the door and straight into the Nine Streets. Boutiques, canal-side cafés, and the best of the Jordaan — all at your feet.

and long evenings

The Main Living Room

Two wood-burning fireplaces anchor the principal floor. The Eames lounge chair faces the canal — a private front-row seat to Amsterdam street life. B&O speakers fill the room quietly.

Afternoon Light

North-facing canal windows flood the room with soft, even light all day. Sheer linen curtains diffuse the morning; heavy drapes close out the night.

The Kitchen

A Pelgrim professional oven, gas hob, marble island, and walnut cabinetry. Set up for a proper dinner party — or a slow weekend breakfast.

The Dining Room

A round oak table seats six beneath oversized art. The window seat overlooks the canal. Pull it together for an evening in, or step out to one of the neighbourhood's best restaurants.

"Every room has its own character and every detail is considered. The kitchen is incredible. The neighbourhood is perfect. This is Amsterdam at its finest."

"The cedar soaking tub alone was worth the trip. Add the rooftop terrace, the canal views, and the best coffee machine I've ever used — this house has absolutely everything."

"Notre famille a adoré chaque moment. La maison est majestueuse, le quartier est parfait, et la hôtesse est exceptionnelle. On reviendra certainement."
